Most neck rehab never restores what you actually need: real capacity.
You're told to do chin tucks. Avoid “overactive” muscles. Focus on your posture.
But if your neck can’t tolerate real-world demands, it’s not rehab — it’s management.
I used to believe the same thing.
Posture drills. Breathwork. Vestibular therapy.
Sometimes it helped — but the relief never stuck.
Why?
Because my neck had no capacity. No strength. No resilience.
