There are varieties of rice balls prepared for breakfast. This is a traditional and healthy breakfast recipe. We call it as masala rice balls or oggarane unde. We use raw rice. Rava is made by using soaked raw rice. We can add onions, carrots, green chillies, curry leaves etc. chopped. Also tempering is added. All other process is similar to ordinary rice balls.
Ingredients- Rice rava 1 cup, water- 3/4 cup, onions, carrots, green chillies, curry leaves, items for tempering oil etc.
