Hi guys!
In this video I'll explain the advantages of using body measurements versus stitch counts when creating crochet garments. You may have noticed that most of my wearable patterns don't have exact stitch counts, but instead I have you use your own measurements. There are numerous reasons using a measuring tape beats stitch counts. For one, it doesn't matter what kind of yarn you use, or what size hook you use. We all have different crochet techniques, tension, etc. Using a measuring tape any YOUR OWN body measurements will yield you a custom-fit result.
