I DRILLED JEEP WHEELS TO FIT MY CAYENNE

Coming from the Porsche world, I know how limited your selection is for 5x130 wheels. I hunted for weeks for wheels, and kept coming across the same Nomad, Black Rhino, and Victor Equipment wheels that everyone seems to have.

After joining a 955 Cayenne owners group on Facebook though, I found out that you can run 5x127 Jeep wheels if you just drill them out slightly and use wobble bolts! Luckily wheel center bores line up perfectly too, since Jeeps use 71.5 and Porsches use 71.6. I ended up taking another member's recommendation (shoutout to Mike from Eurowise and Tim for giving me the confidence to take this project on lol) to try Rocktrix wheels, and I'm so glad I did. I found the exact wheel and style I wanted for $147/wheel for the 17" wheels! Specifically, I went with the Rocktrix RT115 in machined silver.

Wheel specs are:
5x127, 71.5 CB
17x9, ET-12 offset

Tire specs:
Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac
265/65/17

From there, I bought 21/32" drill bits and wobble bolts from Amazon to run these wheels safely. I was definitely scared when I started drilling though! I learned as long as you keep a still hand, you'll drill through those bolt holes (fairly) smoothly. Make sure that you can clear your brake calipers too, since the Cayenne S, Turbo, and GTS run larger calipers.
