📝 Ingredients — yields: 2-3 servings
Beef Marinade
8 oz beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Sauce
1/2 cup Sunlee Thai Fried Noodle Sauce
Stir Fry
1 lb fresh wide rice noodles
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs, beaten
4-5 stems Chinese broccoli, cut into 2 inch pieces
👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the beef, soy sauce, cornstarch and vegetable oil. Set aside to marinate.
2. Bring your noodles to room temperature and loosen them from the package by running them under hot water. Shake off any excess water after rinsing and use them immediately.
3. Coat a wok on high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Sear the beef until 80% cooked through, then remove from heat.
4. Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok and saute in the garlic until fragrant about 30 seconds. Next, add the Chinese broccoli sauce for a few minutes until wilted.
5. Push everything to the side, pour in he beaten eggs and scramble. Then remove everything from wok and set aside.
6. Char the noodles in the pan for about 30 seconds, then add the Sunlee Thai Fried Noodle Sauce. Toss until evenly coated. Then add the beef, broccoli, eggs and toss again until combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!
