According to my Philly native friend, IG @Philasouth_Bar_B_Que, you can't find true cheesesteak bread in Georgia. I decided to go with a more traditional bun because I don't love the extra bread that comes with most southern cheesesteak alternatives. This video shows my version of a philly cheesesteak.
