Beautiful Psychedelic Patterns: LZX Double Vision + Korg Entrancer

Today, I did a lot of thinking about feedback loops. One of my favourite things to do is experiment with video feedback and the infinite patterns it can generate, so I reorganized my video gear to give me some new and interesting loops that would interact with each other.
Here is how everything is working together:
The @lzxindustries Double Vision is our main pattern generator and is the start of our triquetra with a few internal feedback loops that we will patch in. Mainly the shape generator is creating simple patterns that we can elaborate on with the Ribbons and Stairs modules. The Double Vision System outputs to the video mixer, an old Roland LVS-400 which has an internal feedback loop set to run behind the scenes so I can melt everything in and out with the big fun fader that switches between sources. From there one of the oupts leads to the Korg Kaoss Pad KPE-1 Entrancer for squishing and squashing. The main purpose of the Entrancer for this video is to create mirrored patterns using preset 24, but we'll try a few more things out just for interest's sake. FINALLY the Entrancer outputs back to the Double Vision to complete the final big feedback loop to go through it over and over again into infinity. The displayed video is taken from a secondary output on the Korg Entrancer and is captured on my iPad using a usb video card.
It's a pretty crazy, dizzying, wild and fun journey. so stay a while and get lost it-- but if you start to forget where you are and why you came, know that you are a in a safe place to chill until everything comes back into focus again ✌️
