Saajan (1991) is a romantic drama directed by Lawrence D'Souza, starring Sanjay Dutt as Aman Verma (a.k.a. Sagar), Madhuri Dixit as Pooja Saxena, Salman Khan as Akash Verma, Kader Khan as Rajiv Verma, Reema Lagoo as Mrs. Kamla Verma, and Laxmikant Berde in a supporting role.

The plot revolves around Aman, a lame orphan who is adopted by a wealthy family. He grows up alongside the family's son, Akash, and they become close friends. Aman, who writes poems under the pen name Sagar, starts corresponding with one of his female fans, Pooja Saxena. Akash meets Pooja and falls in love with her at first sight. However, Aman also falls in love with Pooja, leading to a complex love triangle. The story follows the emotional turmoil and the relationships between the three characters as they navigate their feelings for each other.

It's a heartfelt film with a beautiful soundtrack by Nadeem-Shravan and lyrics by Sameer.
