This is the first episode of a new series that I'm going to be doing periodically, called Tic Tac Tips. Tic Tac Tips aren't full out tutorial videos, rather, the idea is to focus on and explain what I feel the most important things my body does when I perform the specific move featured in each Tic Tac Tips episode.
Sometimes my focus and explanations will be more instant replay/my talking/graphics based, while other times I might simply demonstrate a variety of progressions, or setups that helped me understand a movement better. Anyways, that's pretty much all I have to say, I hope you enjoy Tic Tac Tips... feel free to comment what you want the next one to be about.
