Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Police, Ian Cameron, has proposed a plan of action to deal with the allegations raised by KZN Police Commissioner, Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, including establishing an Ad Hoc Committee or an Inquiry.
He says he will soon be calling an urgent meeting of the committee to chart the way forward.
Cameron was taking part in a media briefing of the Peace and Security Cluster in Parliament.
