Raw Bottle Mangoes - 4 / around 1 ½ kgs
Natural Sea Salt / Coarse Sea Salt - 4 tbsp / ¼ cup

Ingredients for Grinding:
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 12
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic cloves - 14 medium size
Cumin / Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
Goan Vinegar - ½ cup / 125 ml

Ingredients for Cooking:
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek / Methi seeds - ¼ tsp
Asafoetida / Hing powder - 1/8 tsp
Turmeric / Haldi powder - ½ tsp
Jaggery - ½ cup
Sugar - ¼ cup + 2 tbsp
Curry leaves / Karee Pataa - 3 to 4 sprigs
Sunflower Oil / Cooking Oil - 1 cup / 250 ml
