I finally got the AD09 215/45r16 tyres. With the lack of information on them from Yokohama I made my own measurements, before putting them on the car and going for a drive. They were good, even as street tyres.
ADDENDUM: I found after driving a while that the trip computer liked the AD09 tyre diameter as well as the predictions for the fuel use / distance were more accurate than on the previous tyres.
