From July 21, 1979 - Old Timers' Day at Yankee Stadium as the New York faithful welcomed back greats from the past, as heroes from yesteryear, both in Pinstripes and from other MLB teams, gathered in the Bronx. This is mainly the pregame introductions with just a brief look at the actual game. Frank Messer was the Master of Ceremonies. Mel Allen was on the game call for WPIX.
