Hey everyone, it's been a crazy last few years. I had a crazy psychotic episode, but I learned a lot that I would like to share with you all. Things that no one else talks about. It's not all sunshine and rainbows, but you will be okay. I just wanted to say hi again and address where I have been. Also, share my next video topics, such as psych wards, legal issues in mental health systems, my personal experience with psychosis and severe mania, and digging deeper in understanding medications.
