This video was made for those new to what quick release plate systems are and how they can be used to make your life easier.

If you have comparable base plates on all your gear, they allow you to move your camera or rig from one tripod to another, to a monopod, slider, crane, jib, whatever. It's a simple unlatch and move.

If you NEVER unmount your stuff, you DON'T need these. If you DO, then you'll LOVE them.
