When convenience meets security, the Carbine CEL2 fire rated, electronic leverset and deadbolt lock is a great locking solution for your home, granny flat, investment property or small business office. If you or a family member are always losing keys or if you rent out your property through short stay accommodations, then you know how frustrating losing keys and changing locks can be.
The CEL2 allows you to give your children, tenants, trades people or cleaners easy access to your home when you are not there. With the Carbine CEL2 your tenants will no longer need a key to get in and out of the property. The CEL2 provides you and your tenants with a convenient keyless access solution by way of the touch pad’s 4 to 8 digit code, NFC enabled smart phone or via a RFID FOB, card, sticker, or wristband.

The CEL2 also comes in a Bluetooth model in both a leverset and deadbolt. The Carbine Connect mobile app is user friendly and can easily be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play stores, to connect to your CEL2 Bluetooth model to add users, lock and unlock, change lock modes, and even send a code to a guest with access to the lock for a specified time period, making it perfect for many applications including short stay accommodations.
The CEL2 stand alone models and Bluetooth leverset model allows you to have up to 100 user codes and RFID connections (total) such as RFID FOBs, cards, stickers, and wristbands so if you lose an RFID accessory or a tenant has finished their stay you can simply remove that access from the lock. The CEL2 Bluetooth models feature added capabilities for up to 200 users to give you even more flexibility.

With a double authorisation mode, the CEL2 will also provide an extra layer of security and a vacation mode will lock out all users if needed.

Elegantly designed, the CEL2 comes in a stylish matte black or satin nickel finish and both leverset options are NCC compliant. All CEL2 leverset models are available in a 2 hour fire rated variant where compliance with fire door regulations is required. In addition to this, the CEL2 levers have been designed for weather resistance to IP54 standard and have improved touchscreen and motor function compared to previous Carbine CEL models.

The product is supplied with everything you need, assembled and ready to install and operates via batteries so no cabling is needed. The leverset and deadbolt model fits a standard 54mm lockset hole with no additional drilling required.
