How to Make an Adorable Treat Pouch from a 1/2 Sheet of DSP!

In this video, I will show you how to create these adorable treat bags using a 1/2 sheet of Designer paper. For this one, I used the Peaceful Garden DSP from Stampin UP! I also used the Peace on earth set for the sentiment.

How to make shimmer paint!!!
Take a travel size spray bottle and fill about 3/4 full with 70% rubbing alcohol.
Pour about 1/4 tsp or about 7-8 drops of champagne mist shimmer paint into bottle. Screw on lid and shake well. Spritz lightly over finished product from about 12 inches above.
