1. Your strength becomes your weakness. Don’t rely on it. Develop other areas. Handicap yourself in order to force yourself to work on your weakness. IF your beauty and ambition is what attracted him, then he might get tired of it after a while if THAT’S ALL YOU ARE.

In order to diversify, you MUST open your mind. You must begin to have a sense of wonder towards life. This openness comes from the present moment. This not only makes you happy, it also gives you depth in the eyes of your man. He will not have that inevitable downfall of losing interest as a result of you being one-dimensional.

4. Have self-awareness and notice when you’re over stimulating. Even though a man wants you around a lot, he’s going to lose interest as a result. For example, let's say I play a video game and I love it. Let's say it’s hard and I win sometimes and lose sometimes. The times I lose, I really hate, but the times I win, I really like.

Why is that? The reason I love winning is because there’s a chance of losing. But as soon as I keep winning, the game gets boring. The game might be fun, but it’s too easy.

I regain interest not by changing games, but by increasing the difficulty level. You must make it so that when you notice you guys are around each other a lot and enjoying the passion, step out of that momentum and realize that you have to take a break.

2. Become your own source of positive emotions. In order to become emotionally free where no man dictates how at peace you feel at any given time, you must learn to deprive yourself of your personal sources of self-esteem and observe the gaps. Experience the pain of lack of self-esteem in a relaxed manner.

What you’ll notice is that you’ll feel at peace, tranquil, relaxed. How is that so? You didn’t use any stimulus but the simple act of acceptance. Once you realize you can feel whole with just going into your pain, you won’t need a man as intensely as you once needed them. You’ll want them, but not need them. That’s a huge difference.

3. Keep him in a sexually competitive state. It's important that your boyfriend and/or husband realizes that other men want you and that if he doesn’t work to keep you interested, he might lose you. If the love is unconditional, men will take you for granted and as a result, lose interest. They might even cheat on you as a result.

You must achieve this by creating space, increasing your social circle and doing activities where there are men are involved like salsa class, and/or yoga class. Talk about your experience and you’ll see how he’ll suddenly want to attend these events with you. He’ll suddenly begin to show more interest in you. This is because he sees a threat to losing you. This makes him chase harder.

5. The mentality to be willing to walk away. You must develop the mentality to be willing to walk away or else every guy will walk away from you. If this isn’t the case, you’ll fear losing your guy and as a result, lose power. This also allows the guy to not feel suffocated.

These are some of the reasons why guys lose interest.
