During the pandemic people has gotten dipressed, isolated, and losing energy. I hope the process of making the video and the finished video give a little smile. This video is made with collective video clips of SAORI weavers in the US and Japan. The weavers sewn the garment and modeled it by themselves.
SAORI Weaving is an imprivisatinal contemporary weaving started in Japan 50 years ago. Instead of following a pattern, we create the fabric as we go. Each work is truly unique.
