In our childhood, there were some very special cartoons, especially when we were boys. Cartoons we never admitted to watching, in front of our friends (because we thought they'd laugh). Case in point: Card Captor Sakura. Japanese “magical girl” anime I'd seen a few times back in the day. In all honesty, I'm not a big Magical Girl series eater, but I would sometimes watch an episode that was on TV, just like that, for no real reason. My first contact with the series was the episode “Sakura and the Nameless Book”, in which Sakura has to face a huge dragon out of a magic book, with the help of her new Clow card: the BIG card, which turns her into a giantess. 😉
