E. Step by step calculation
1. Assume t, Calculate L/Do, Do/t
2. Define L/Do
3. Define factor A
4. Define applicable figure and E
5. Define factor B
6. Define Pa using factor B
7. Define Pa using factor A
8. Iterate t until Pa greater than P
