I hadn’t gone 50 yards into the show, when I spotted this cool looking Traybacked Series 1. This isn’t something you see very often, so I tracked down the owner who was only too happy to have a chat and tell me more about it.

How to Get Involved?
If you like the idea of seeing your Defender-Daily featured on the channel, it’s really very simple. Get your phone out and record a short video.

This episode was shot using my iPhone and a tripod, it’s really that easy.

If you can answer the questions below, that will give viewers a good overview of your truck and why it’s your Defender Daily.

Video Tips:
Ideally, if you can record in 4K, that really helps, but if not, HD will do fine.
If you can get someone else to hold the phone while you talk, that can make life easier or if not, use a tripod like I did.

The best way to shoot the video is to answer all the questions in one long take while you stand or sit on your Defender.
Then do a second video showing the Defender from afar, then close ups of the upgrades and issues you mention in the video. This is called “B Roll” and you can never have enough…

Where are you based, which country?
What’s your choice of Defender for a Daily Driver?
How much mileage do you do each year?
What sort of mileage is that, road, round town, off road?
What’s sort of job do for a living?

Your Defender Deep Dive:
Tell me a little about your Defender?
Why did you choose this particular type of Defender?
How stock or modified is your truck?
What’s your favourite upgrade that you’ve made so far?
What upgrades do you have planned for your truck in the future?
What is it that drives you nuts about your Defender?

Have you had any exciting or heroic trips in your Defender?
What is the biggest adventure your Defender has taken you on?
What trips/jobs do you have planned for your defender?

Explain to a non-Defender driver, why they should consider a Defender as their next Dailey Driver?

Final question, do you do the “Defender Wave”
