Healthy Garden Variety Spaghetti with Meat Sauce / Diabetic-Friendly and Heart Healthy / Low Sodium

This video features a family favorite of ours that the Grandkids don't even realize is a diabetic-friendly, almost sodium free, heart-healthy meal. LOL / Why would they care? They just know there is a great big pot of it and it tastes great!!!

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground sirloin (93/7)
1/4 to 1/3 lb Market sausage without fillers (we like spicy)
4 stalks of celery (high fiber, lots of moisture, digestion, skin health)
2 large carrots (fiber, good for eyes, Vit K, no calories, prebiotic aid)
1 large onion (regulate blood sugar, antioxidants, improve digestion)
4 oz Mushrooms (potassium, Phosphorus, protein, superfood)
2 tbpn Minced Garlic (heart health, manages cholesterol, immune sys aid)
1 15oz can of petite tomatos (lycopene, reduce tryglycerides, vitamin K)
6-8 Ounces of chopped Grape Tomatos (anti-cholesterol, vitamins, eyes)
1 tspn Turmeric (antioxidant & anti-inflammatory properties)
1 tspn Cumin (Iron, weight loss, promotes good digestion)
1 tbsn Onion Powder (calcium, potassium, magnesium, gut health & hair)
2 tbsn Italian Seasoning (tastes delicious LOL)
1 red bell pepper (packed with antioxidants, Vitamin C, immune system)
1 Orange Bell Pepper (peppers are excellent for preventing inflammation)
1 big fat grind of Black Pepper whenever you feel like it
1 tbsn Avocado Oil,
1 Tbsn Unsalted Butter
4 cups Unsalted Chicken, Beef or Veggie Broth (your choice)
