Guide down Upper International, Adrenaline, and Felsen at Alpental taken on 11 March 2021. All of these are very advanced runs, which together make a pretty awesome but challenging route from the top of Chair 2 to the base lodge. Upper International is a signature mogul run at Alpental, while Adrenaline is one of the steepest marked runs in the country. Felsen starts fairly tame, but gets progressively narrower until you feel like you're going down a bobsled run.
In this video, I make two mistakes. The first was I intended to ski Snake Dance, but I got so excited by the conditions on Adrenaline I went too far downhill to get to Snake Dance. The second mistake was gaining too much speed in Felsen, and I had to stop myself to stay in control.... Enjoy watching me bonk some branches with my helmet camera.
