This wonderful trail is reachable by public transit via a bus from Ziegelbrücke. With 9kms and 520 meters of altitude, the roundtrail from Arvenbüel is considered a difficult trail. If you feel comfortable in your snowshoes, you can take the most amazing detour through the forest to the top of Flügenspitz. From here, you have an amazing view of the Alpstein mountains, including Säntis. This is one of our favorite trails for snowshoe hiking in Switzerland.
