Ford knows fleets, boy do they ever. Not only is Ford's truck line the preferred fleet truck, the Transit has been the best-selling cargo van in America for ages, so when Ford swears that the E-Transit will have lower operating costs and the short-looking range will cover most fleet customers' actual uses... Do you buy it? I'm somewhat torn. Ride quality is great, it's got enough torque to chug up mountain passes, but I think that Ford missed an opportunity by not allowing access to the battery in better ways with higher output AC inverters, or even DC direct-access to approved upfitters.
