to prepare kadhi pakoda we need besan mix it well with little amount of water and put it on rest for an hour then add 1 teaspoon Ajwain+ 1 teaspoon red chilli powder + 1 teaspoon salt mix it well and make pakoda of it on medium low flame kadhai
then take 2-4 spoon besan mix it well with curd and take a kadhai add two big spoon refined then add 1 teaspoon jeera + half teaspoon hing + 1 teaspoon turmeric powder+ 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder + the mixture of curd and besan then mix it well till it boils on high flame then add water accordingly then add pakoda and salt as per your taste then make tadka with methi + rai + sabut lal mirch+ kashmiri red chili powder
