My review of the Vibram FiveFingers Trek Ascent is finally here. Find out what I think of this barefoot running shoe, designed to take on the toughest trail.
I've been running in these Vibram Five Fingers with and without Injinji socks without injury. As always my opinion is that barefoot running prevents injuries. Running in Vibram Five Fingers prevents shin splints.
In this review I take to the trails and run off road and have some serious fun in the process :) Time to bin off your Nike Frees and get some real barefoot running shoes!!
