Ingredients & Process:
10 Pieces Milk Marie Biscuits
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp Sugar
½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
Soak For 5 Min.
Making Caramel:
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised
Pour In Mould
Keep Aside
Pour In Blender
Blend Smooth
Strain the Mixture
Place a Stand
Boiling Water
Steam For 25-30 Min.
Cool Down & Keep In Fridge For 1 Hour
