This was my first time riding the famous Ribbon Trail in Grand Junction, Colorado. This trail was unlike any other trail i've ever ridden as you descend at high speeds across huge slabs of granite then eventually end up at the top of the Lunch Loops area of GJ. Although this trail is rated as a black diamond on Trail Forks there are a few spots that are super technical that most will walk. Make sure to ride with someone who has ridden before (lucky for me i did) i did not have to pull up my map at all and was able to just enjoy the ride. Some areas can be deceiving and easy to get off trail. Enjoy!!
