An 11 car "G" (1/29) scale Southern Pacific train that includes 2 USA Trains Heavyweight cars is temporarily stopped on the outdoor layout viaduct to show their coupling distances with a description of the CamPac 3-D printed coupler boxes equipped on the cars fitted with centerset couplers from the Kadee 907 kit. The Boxes can be installed two ways using the factory cast metal bracket after the factory coupler is removed from its top:
(1) Virtually the same coupler projection as factory's coupler
(2) Recessed for closer car coupling
The CamPac Box(TM) is installed within the bracket (aka, pedestal) cavity.
