Maintaining a flat back and working to prevent a change in its angle is an important component of the movement. This helps protect against injury and improve biomechanical efficiency. In this video, we will be exploring how to maintain this flat back you've worked so hard to create in the setup. Simply rushing your reps and not taking the time to reset your torso may be the cause of the change in back angle. Additionally, application of leg drive into the ground will help to reinforce your flat torso angle and a simple head up cue may help emphasise stability in your back.
