Automatic L Sealer | Detergent Packaging | [Maripak] | RLS E-PRO SHRINK WRAPPING MACHINE

The RLS e-Pro Series are automatic L-Sealers designed for medium capacity requirements. With the electric servo-driven motor, the RLS machine can be set up for fully automatic operation without any need for compressed air.

It is easy to integrate with the automated production lines without the need for an operator. The package length is automatically detected by a sensor that is attached to the conveyor belt. Gaps at the package front and end can be adjusted and fine-tuned from the digital control panel based on the requirements. All heat adjustments are PID controlled for high precision and the L-Seal temperature can be arranged depending on the film thickness and the film type.

As seen in this video, we are showing our latest detergent packaging project. The box height is around 9-10cm (3,5”-3,9”). RLS is suitable for any boxes in the food industry such as chocolate, sweets, biscuits, or cake packaging or even egg trays are possible products. As seen in the video, supermarket consumer goods such as detergent bottles or soaps are different application methods.
