Tried printing directly on TPU. Didn't work. Settings problem or design problem?

Tried printing directly onto a TPU strap mid-print to make a flexible container lid.
It… mostly failed. Corners curled, finish was rough, and I'm not sure if it's a print settings issue or just a bad idea.

Still chasing a better way to do this.
