2021 comes to a close, so it's time to look back at a packed year of strategy, tactics, RPG, sim, city-building and management games. As always, this list of top games was tough to curate - there were many games that released in the strategy, tactics, RPG, sim, city-building and management genres this year, but it takes something special to leave a "top game of the year" feeling.
