Here's “Be Ready”, by the Florida Swanees. The intro riff is straight “That's Where It's At”, and much of the rest nods to the Violinaires' “Children Get Ready”. The group is known to have recorded three 45s. The listed lead singer is C.W. Benjamin, and other known group members were Frank Bryant and Jesse Gainey. I'd love to know more about these gentlemen.
