Images of the city center of the capital of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic after Russia launched an invasion of Ukraine. There are empty streets, with very few cars and passers-by. A loudspeaker on the streets periodically tells people what they should do in case of an evacuation. This morning some new posters appeared in the city centre, saying "Victory will be ours" and "Stand up for your homeland".
