BRECKENRIDGE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - For those in Breckenridge, simple amenities like bathing, cooking or even using the restroom have become impossible after a series of ruptures in their main water line. Several breaks occurred along the city's main line at Wheeler Street, Dunnigan, Baylor and Walker streets, and a valve is now broken off and locked in the off position at the water treatment plant.
