🛫 Overall Thoughts:
Overall, this was a perfectly average experience on American Airlines. They're not gonna win any awards for their economy class product, but I feel like they could just do a little bit more. The seat should definitely improve(way too hard). Food is acceptable. But even a few extra touches like better snacks in the galley, a few more amenities like eye masks or hot towels would really differentiate the product.
