OB/GYN Explains How Long To Wait Between Pregnancies

Doctors Sarah and Kurt Bjorkman, a board certified OB/GYN and Pediatrician, use this week's episode to dive into the evidence behind pregnancy spacing to help you decide how long you should wait before trying for another baby. The WHO recommends 18-24 months between pregnancies, but there may be some data to show that the risk for less time between pregnancies might be minimal.
