It's so sad when two brothers have to fight to the death like that. Itachi and Sasuke - brothers to the end...

Itachi is sorry/feeling regrets of what he has done... Especially to Sasuke. He remembers the good times (and some bad times) and tries to be the brother Sasuke remembered in the end.

I was actually a kind of inspirated to use this song becauseof my sister. Sometimes I feel the same way cody did when this song was played (from brother bear). And I thought it fit rather good with Itachi and Sasuke.
