Preparing for the next race

Hello Youtubers! Join me in another vlog where I head out a little further from the canal to train for the day. Unfortunately the canal has already frozen so potentially will not be rowing there for the rest of the year depending on the weather conditions. We had a cold one to prepare for today so see how I deal with the colder weather when rowing. We ended up being treated to lovely conditions for out prep pieces prior to heading out to Monaco to race next week!
