In this episode, I finish the rear axle of my extreme quad built from a Suzuki GSF600 motorcycle!
I precisely align both hubs with the swingarm, lock everything in place, and make sure the axle can handle serious power.
Then I move to the front section — bending tubes to their final shape and welding them to the motorcycle frame.
The build is getting close to rolling for the first time!
