How to Make a Tenoning Jig for a Table Saw

I built a tenoning jig for a table saw.

I recently bought a table saw and decided to make a few must-have jigs. This time I built a tenoning jig. The jig is used together with a table saw fence. You can easily mount it anytime needed. I've used this jig to make several castle joints for my other projects and it works really great. To get the best result it is important to get an appropriate saw blade. To make a castle joint I am using an 80-tooth flat bottom blade.

The main board is made from MDF and the supporting fence from Plywood. MDF slides nicely on the table fence even if tightened a bit more. The supporting fence can be adjusted to any height and together with the 2 T-slots (much better to make them than buy them) the fence can be positioned at any angle. The T-tracks are built in a way that both DIY t-bolts and shop t-track clamps fit in nicely.
