1989 GB Champs Ladies FP Joanne Conway (thanks to aelred123!). This is the year she lost her national title (to Emma Murdoch) despite this fair performance. My own view on this was that NISA felt they had seen enough of Joanne's tribulations for a while and wanted to see something different. She still seems a notch above anything else GB had at that time to me though and much better basic skating - but I'll let you decide.
