Day 09 - Chiang Mai - Mae Sai
Day 9 kicks off very wet as we ride 250 km north from Chiang Mai toward the Thailand–Myanmar border.
We stopped in to explore the incredible White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), before continuing on to the Thailand–Myanmar Friendship Bridge near the border crossing.
The ride then took us along some steep, twisting goat tracks through the hills, with epic mountain scenery. We wrapped up the day in Mae Sai — Thailand’s northernmost town — ready for another big ride tomorrow.
