"Volvo Tech Tool Training" is a way to use the "Diagnostics Tool" available on VOLVO, which aims to check the condition or performance of the Volvo Engine.

In this video, I will discuss how to do the "Injector Shut OFF, Manual" by using "Volvo Tech Tool (VTT)" or commonly called "PREMIUM TECH TOOL (PTT)" on Volvo Truck FM 440

The purpose of "Injector Shut Off, Manual" is to check the condition of the injector, is it still good or not ??
By turning off 1 injector when the engine is running (Engine Running).

To find out "Injector" is still good or not, how to listen to the sound from the engine.
If when the injector is turned off and the sound from the engine is abnormal, then there is a change in fuel consumption, the injector performance is still good.
But if on the contrary, then there is an indication of damage to the injector.

To ensure damage to the injector, checks must also be carried out on the "CYLINDER BALANCING TEST" and "CYLINDER Compression Test"

NOTE: "Injector Shut OFF, Manual" check, the results will be maximal if done at the engine's working temperature.
