Be prepared for 45 minutes of powerful, compound movements to strengthen your body and mind! In today's workout, we start with a layered supine core series to target the upper abdominals, lower abdominals and obliques, followed by a juicy four point series to work the whole body. Expect maximum shoulder burn with a layered upper body series before we finish standing to get the heart rate up!
This workout is intermediate. Please take breaks and modify as needed to suit your body.
