Belligerent and Obnoxious Drunk Part 2 - Her 4th DUI Arrest

On April 9, 2023, Willoughby Police Officer Gregorin was inside of a Speedway gas station convenience store, when the clerk advised him that the female customer who just left was clearly drunk. Officer Gregorin went out to the parking lot and observed the woman behind the wheel of her vehicle at a gas pump. He pulled in behind the woman's vehicle and made contact with her. The 40-year-old woman immediately started acting belligerent and obnoxious. She refused his commands to exit the vehicle and walk to the back of her vehicle. She was ultimately arrested for suspicion on Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI). She was transported to the Willoughby Police Station, where her outrageous behavior continued. She refused to submit to a breath test and was eventually released to the custody of her mother. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
