Here is the installation of the Muller Power Clutch on XR1200, which provides 40% less pulling force. We have checked it, the Muller mechanism works good, there are no dragging issues even with an easy pull clutch lever. Installation on Sportster/Buell is very easy, it is important to set the clutch preload according to Muller's instruction, not the manual because increasing the release plate’s lever, decreases the travel, so preload should be less, as well as clutch lever free play. Muller produces easy pull release plates for any Harley Davidson motorcycle with a cable clutch.
